Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of CryptoGuide.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the website and related services (the "Service") provided by CryptoGuide (the "Company"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance and scope

By registering for or using the Service you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by law, with prior notice of any changes.

2. The Service

The Company provides informational and educational services including AI-powered market analysis, news summaries, market briefings, on-chain data and educational content. All content is non-personalized general information and is not individualized investment advice or a solicitation to trade for any particular user.

3. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity (including age) to use the Service in your jurisdiction and are responsible for complying with applicable law. Some features may be unavailable in restricted regions.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Authentication is handled through Clerk.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Billing, automatic renewal, plan changes, withdrawal and refunds for paid subscriptions are governed by the separate Refund Policy. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

6. Acceptable use

You may not copy, redistribute or resell the Service or its content without authorization, access it through automated means excessively, or use it in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

7. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content belong to the Company or its licensors. You are granted only a limited license for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Third-party services and data

The Service relies on third parties for authentication (Clerk), payments (Stripe), AI (Anthropic) and market/on-chain data. The accuracy and timeliness of third-party data are not guaranteed.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company does not warrant the accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose of any information. See the Disclaimer for details.

10. Changes and termination

The Company may change or discontinue all or part of the Service, and you may cancel your subscription and stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing law and disputes

Interpretation and application of these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction-specific notices below; mandatory rights and forums granted to you by law are not limited.

Depending on where you reside, the following also applies.

United States users

The content is for informational and educational purposes and is not a solicitation or offer to buy or sell securities. The Company is not registered as an investment adviser under the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and does not provide individualized investment advice.

EU users

The Company is not an authorized crypto-asset service provider (CASP) under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA), and the Service is not the provision or marketing of regulated crypto-asset services. Processing of personal data is subject to the GDPR (see the Privacy Policy).

Republic of Korea users

The Service is an informational and educational service that does not constitute investment advisory or discretionary investment business under the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act. The Company does not provide individualized consultation and provides the same information to an unspecified audience.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights guaranteed to you under mandatory law.
